Why should customers choose you?
"We stay in business. I see companies pop up on the internet almost weekly, trying to price these ridiculous rates, sell a few tickets, and then they are gone. I think they must have learned the hard way that in order to supply a solid customer experience, you have to be there all day, everyday."

What kind of tickets do you sell?
"We are fortunate enough now to offer every sort of discounted ticket available. From the most popular award seat booking, to bulk rates with airlines in which consumers earn miles and are refundable."

Are your prices the cheapest in the industry?
"Most of the time, no. While we are very competitively priced, we have to price our airfare at a rate that allows us to provide the excellent customer service that leads to repeat business year after year. In this industry, most potential clients are willing to pay a little bit extra if it means they will have a great travel experience without any hitches."

Are award seats illegal?
"Absolutely NOT! But this is exactly what the airlines hope people think. Airlines want people to accumulate miles, and then simply expire without ever being used. On top of this, they want consumers to walk up and pay $10,000+ for a business class seat from LA to London. Because we try to help people save money, the airline industry loves to try and bother us, unsuccessfully of course. It's just greed on their part."

Is there a risk buying a ticket from you as opposed from the airline directly?

Are changes allowed with your tickets?
"Yes. If there happens to be a situation in which they are not, we will always let the client know before purchasing."

Are your tickets refundable?
"Yes, we do offer tickets that are refundable. However on the award seats, they are not, simply due to the fact we have to purchase points from someone to book the tickets. But even in this case tickets are fully changeable and good for a whole year."
